Mr Chuma MADUEKWE (DIRECTOR)
A ‘Big 4’ trained multi-disciplinary Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Consulting and Private Equity Investments across various sectors of the Nigerian economy and Operational Management in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors in Nigeria. Mr. Maduekwe specializes in investment promotion, new venture creation/incubation, new business development, deal structuring and negotiations, strategic business analysis and review, operational management, due diligence reviews, financial and management accounting and reporting, financial audit reviews and internal control evaluation.
He holds a B.Sc Degree (2.1) in Banking and Finance from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and is a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an Alumnus of the Chief Executives Program (CEP 17) at the Lagos Business School of the Pan African University and also attended an Advanced Management Program at the IESE Business School in Barcelona. Chuma also holds an M.sc degree in Project Management from the Walden University in Minneapolis, USA.
Mr. Maduekwe is a consummate professional and entrepreneur with core skills in promoting private sector led investments, He currently sit on the board of the following companies namely: TAK Agro Plc, Agro Commodity Exchange Nigeria Plc, SDEM Erectors Nigeria Limited, Ajo Card Limited and Healthcare Security (HMO) Limited.

Mr Ike EZE (DIRECTOR)
Mr. Ike Eze is the CEO of AjoCard Limited. He is a serial entrepreneur with significant experience in financial technology, telecommunications, consulting and engineering. Mr. Eze began his career as an engineer at Pacific Gas & Electric and AT&T (both in California, USA). Additionally, he was a business development manager at Bechtel in San Francisco, California, and a consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in New York. Mr. Eze has been the CEO of QSpace, GPlay and Centrro, three Silicon Valley technology companies he co-founded. Most recently, he served as executive director at eTranzact in Lagos, Nigeria.
He sits on the boards of AjoCard, Manna MFB, TAK Logistics, Investment One Stockbrokers, Smile Identity Nigeria, and The Jeremiah Foundation. Mr. Eze has MBA in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, USA; and, a BS in Mechanical Engineering (where he was an Oseberg Scholar, Chevron Scholar and Pacific Telesis Scholar) from San Francisco State University in California, USA.

Mr Ovo EMORHOKPOR (DIRECTOR)
Ovo is a founding partner at Beta.Ventures – a Delaware registered Venture Capital firm operating in Nigeria. He is also a co–founder and a Director of Siziba International Ltd., A pan-African investment firm. He is a seasoned executive with over 13 years experience in senior-level roles in technology and corporate business development in the US and Nigeria. His past professional experience includes managerial positions at Goldman Sachs, AOL, and Chubb Insurance.
He sits on the boards of Yuzah, Abia Retail Company (ARCO) Ltd., and Financial Trust Group in Nigeria. Education: MBA, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, BA Computer Science, Rutgers University

Mr Henry Njar ETTA (GENERAL MANAGER)
Henry recently joined the Company in 2020 after a 3-year stint as a Business Development Consultant with experience covering Banking, Government Ministries/Agencies; Private Firms and Individual businesses. He holds a B. Sc degree in Banking/Finance from the University of Port Harcourt with an M.BA obtained from the University of Ado-Ekiti. He is also an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (Pan Atlantic University) having being involved in the Senior Management Programme (SMP 49) in 2013.
With over 20 years Banking experience working in All States Trust Bank, Equatorial Trust Bank, Intercontinental Bank and First Bank of Nigeria Limited in different units of Operations, Customer Service, Loan Recovery/Administration, Corporate Banking and mostly in Retail Banking, Henry brings his wealth of knowledge and experience to the Firm. He is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)and the Institute of Professional Managers & Administrators of Nigeria. He is also a Fellow, Chartered Institute of Finance & Control of Nigeria (CIFCN).

Mr Oladimeji AGUNPOPO (PROJECT MANAGER)
Oladimeji holds a Master’s degree in Development studies, Bachelor’s degree in History as well as a diploma in Mass communication. He is an Associate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a certified microfinance specialist with the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria. He has over 13 years demonstrated work experience cutting across banking operations, credit and marketing, enterprise development and agribusiness. He is a seasoned private sector development specialist with hands-on experience in credit administration and project management. He has attended many courses and trainings in the course of his career.
Oladimeji started his career with Oceanic Bank International plc now Ecobank Bank as a management trainee in 2007, rising through the career ladder to become a Unit Head. His banking career spans across cash and teller, customer service credit and marketing. He also worked with FIMMS microfinance Bank as Senior Credit and Investment Analyst and later had a stint in the development space working with TechnoServe Nigeria as the Market and Finance Specialist for YieldWise and Business Women Connect projects, funded by Rockefeller Foundation and Exxon Mobil respectively. In the course of his career, he successfully developed and nurtured partnerships with stakeholders in order to create value for beneficiaries and successful unlocked finance and markets for smallholder farmers. He currently works as a Project Manager with Produce Africa Technologies limited.

Miss Olawunmi FAMOROTI (ACCOUNTS/ADMIN. MANAGER)
Olawunmi is an experienced professional accountant with significant expertise in Business Management, Accounting, Finance & Treasury Management, Auditing and Human Resource Management of highly successful FMCG in Nigeria. She holds a B.Sc degree in Accounting from Afe Babalola University and she is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
She is enthusiastic about Financial Accounting & Reporting, Development Finance, Talent Acquisition & Retention and Strategy Consulting.
Olawunmi started her career with Ekoja B Ekoja & Co, a reputable audit firm. In 2016, she joined Grand Cereals Limited (a subsidiary of UAC) and worked in their Accounts Payable, Management account and Treasury units.
She is currently the Admin/Accounts Manager at Produce Africa Technologies Limited.
In addition to the above, Produce Africa Technologies Limited also has a number of other key employees who provide service-enhanced support. They are in 3 different teams listed below:
- Farmer Support Team – Responsible for Farmer onboarding, extension service and other support services.
- Inventory team – Responsible for Input distribution and harvest collections.
- Data Analysis team – Responsible for clearing farmers for Inputs and periodic reports on team and Farmers performance.
